Product Characteristics:
1.Roller Shell (Steel Tube)
We use tube special for roller and Ordinary steel tube,materials is Q235(GB) equal to S235JR(DIN), it depends on the requirement of customers. There are different thickness of tube,from 3-6.5mm
2.Shaft
We use high precision cold-drawn steel which has high brightness and little tolerance.
3.Bearings
1) We use deep groove ball bearing with big clearance,it is C3 or C4, this clearance can make rollers revolve flexibly, imported (such as SKF,NSK)or Chinese-made bearing can bu used.
2) Bearing type is 2RZ and 2RS with oil seal which have advantage in dust proof, water-proof,we use inmprted grease, it make sure the roller operate smoothly at -40ºC to180ºC.The roller can be used in very hot and very clod regions.
